Fitness Trainer Client Support (Gym Equipment Division):
Key Responsibilities

Client Guidance & Support

Provide professional guidance to clients on the correct usage of gym equipment

Conduct in office or virtual demonstrations for newly installed equipment

Educate clients on workout techniques, safety practices, and equipment functionality

Assist clients in designing basic workout routines using available equipment

Product Expertise & Training

Develop in-depth knowledge of all company products and features

Train client staff (trainers, gym owners, operators) on equipment handling and maintenance basics

Support the sales team with product demonstrations and technical explanations

Customer Experience





Ensure clients have a smooth onboarding experience post-installation

Address client queries and provide ongoing support when required

Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Business Support

Assist in product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvement

Support upselling by educating clients on additional equipment and upgrades
