Job Title: Operations Coordinator Location: Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Kerala Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager / Head of Department

Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between field staff, franchise units, and internal departments. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, managing workforce schedules, and ensuring productive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations across Attingal and nearby areas
- Manage car washing staff / field executives and monitor their performance
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and work allocation
- Track attendance, punctuality, and productivity of employees
- Ensure timely completion of services and maintain quality standards
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding,



and employee management
- Monitor inventory (kits, materials, equipment) and ensure availability
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, and performance tracking
- Support franchise operations and ensure SOP compliance
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates if required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in operations / coordination role
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
