About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communication with new and existing clients
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and share them with the concerned team
- Follow up with clients regularly for updates and support
- Resolve basic client queries and coordinate internally for issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and communication details
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive service experience
- Support the team in client retention and relationship management
- Collect client feedback and help improve service quality

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, professional, and customer-friendly behavior
- Basic understanding of client handling and relationship management
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills




- Ability to coordinate with team members effectively
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or client handling will be preferred
