Job Summary:
Katyayani Organics is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Agri Field Officer to work closely with farmers, promote agri-input products, and provide on-ground crop solutions. The role involves field visits, farmer engagement, and driving product awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit farms regularly to understand crop conditions and farmer challenges
- Provide expert advice on crop management, pest control, and product usage
- Promote and demonstrate company products to farmers and dealers
- Conduct field trials and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors
- Achieve sales targets and generate new leads
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM systems

Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture or related field

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and agronomy
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively in field areas

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
