Regional Visual Merchandiser | South & West Region

About the Role
Mia by Tanishq is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial streak and execution-focused Regional Visual Merchandiser to lead visual merchandising across the South and West regions, spanning Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. The role is responsible for delivering consistent brand experiences, ensuring flawless campaign execution, managing store launches, vendor partnerships, training, and budget control across a large retail network.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of VM campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional displays across all stores.
Ensure high VM compliance through regular store visits, audits, and action planning.
Plan and execute visual merchandising requirements for recent store openings, renovations, relocations, and grand launch events.
Manage regional vendors, fabricators, printers, and installation partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.




Lead store décor and branding for launches, festive campaigns, customer events, and special activations.
Train and coach store teams on VM standards, display techniques, campaign implementation, and brand presentation.
Track and manage regional VM budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiencies.
Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Store Design, Merchandising, and Procurement teams to deliver seamless execution.
Monitor implementation timelines, compliance scores, and project progress through regular reporting and reviews.
Periodic Competition Mapping & Documentation on VM Elements in respective regions in person & online for some international brands* (Online competition mapping is optional & not mandatory)
Data bank/Archive of all stores for speedy execution.
Key Success Measures
Timely rollout of all regional campaigns and launches.
High VM compliance across stores.
