Role & responsibilities

Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

Perform data mining to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities

Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and data summaries for management review

Support sales and marketing teams with customer data analysis, lead analysis, and performance insights

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports

Use analytical tools to segment customers, track performance metrics, and improve decisionmaking

Automate routine data extraction and reporting processes where possible

Maintain proper documentation of data processes, definitions, and methodologies

Assist in forecasting, planning,



and strategy analysis based on historical data

Adhere to data governance, security, and confidentiality standards
