Job Profile: Sales Executive for Government and Corporate Clients.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will spearhead business development by identifying, pursuing, and managing government and corporate accounts. This role demands a strategic approach to build long-term relationships, deliver tailored printing solutions, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities among government agencies, PSUs, and corporate enterprises.
- Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Company’s capabilities in Offset Printing, Books Printing, stationery, promotional materials, and large-format prints.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare detailed proposals, and close contracts to meet revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings,



and regulatory changes affecting government procurement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or Equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or a technical manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success selling to government departments, educational institutions, or large-scale corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of government tender processes and corporate procurement policies.
