Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.)
- Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Take customer orders and handle billing (if required)
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and seating area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies (beans, milk, cups, syrups, etc.)
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Assist in opening and closing duties

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques
- Valuable communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible with shifts (including weekends/holidays)
