We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive

Handle live chat support to assist customers in real time

Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements

Collect and update all queries in the CRM system

Share enquiries with the concerned departments and follow up

Make and receive basic calls related to customer queries (Non-voice + Minimal voice)

Ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to learn — complete training will be provided

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
