Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding CRM &
software products
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable CRM or software solutions
- Generate leads and schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects to conversion
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to CRM & software services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements
- Address customer queries and provide basic product support information




- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management
- Ensure proper data management and confidentiality of customer information
- Prepare daily call reports and performance MIS

Job Requirement
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience
- Salary: As per industry standards
