Ecommerce Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Intern to support daily operations across all our ecommerce platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketplace management, inventory coordination, customer experience, and digital commerce strategy.

You will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our online stores.

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Listings Management
- Create and update product listings across ecommerce platforms
- Optimize titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
- Ensure content accuracy and brand consistency

Pricing & Promotions
- Assist in updating pricing as per strategy
- Monitor competitor pricing
- Support implementation of discounts and promotional campaigns

Inventory Coordination
- Track stock levels and update inventory across platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Assist in preventing stockouts and overselling





Order Processing
- Monitor incoming orders
- Coordinate dispatch with fulfillment team
- Track shipments and handle returns/refunds

Customer Support
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues
- Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards

Daily Operations
- Generate basic sales and performance reports
- Monitor platform health metrics
- Support daily operational problem-solving

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.) preferred
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
