Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them during billing.
- Accurately handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Ensure correct pricing and weight entry for sweets and other products.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Coordinate with sales staff and kitchen staff for order updates.
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Follow shop policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum High School / 12th pass (preferred).
- Prior experience as a cashier or in retail (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS systems.
- Positive numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
