Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, field visits & online platforms
- Promote HRMS / Payroll / Attendance software solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients
- Understand client HR process requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Coordinate with technical team for client onboarding and implementation
- Ensure timely payment collection and post-sales follow-up

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in Software / HRMS / ERP / B2B Sales
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in client meetings and product demonstrations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Compliance)
- MS Excel & CRM knowledge preferred
