Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Work on various tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
- Negotiate pay rates/salary and finalize offers.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Familiarity with US time zones and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven workplace.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-5+ years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Work Timing:
US Shift (Night Shift - IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote / On-site (as applicable)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
