Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to preterm and critically ill newborns.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as ventilators, CPAP, incubators, and phototherapy units.
- Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed.
- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care.
- Maintain a safe and clean NICU environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of NICU experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and critical care skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
