As an Education Counsellor, you will assist students in selecting suitable academic programs and provide professional guidance on education opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling and guidance to students regarding education options
- Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students
- Meet counselling and enrolment targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Sales or counselling experience is a plus
