Job Title: Medical Representative - Men's Sexual Health / Performance Products

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Medical Representative to promote our innovative men's sexual performance and health products to urologists, general practitioners, endocrinologists, and other relevant healthcare providers. The role focuses on educating prescribers about product benefits, safety, efficacy, and appropriate use to drive prescriptions and achieve sales targets in an assigned territory. This is a field-based position requiring travel, strong communication skills, and sensitivity when discussing intimate health topics.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail men's sexual performance products (e.g., oral medications, injectables, topical therapies, or adjunct devices) to targeted healthcare professionals, including urologists, primary care physicians, men's health specialists, and pharmacists.
- Conduct skilled, one-on-one or group presentations to explain product mechanisms of action, clinical trial data, efficacy rates, safety profiles,



contraindications, side effects, and patient suitability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and clinic staff to increase product awareness, preference, and prescribing habits.
- Identify and develop new accounts while growing existing ones to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and market share goals.
- Provide accurate, balanced, and compliant product information, including responding to medical inquiries and handling objections professionally.
- Deliver product samples (where permitted), educational materials, and patient support resources to support adoption.
- Organize and participate in local educational events, lunch-and-learns, CME sessions, or symposia related to men's sexual health.
- Monitor competitor activity in the men's health space (e.g., other ED treatments, testosterone therapies) and report market intelligence.
