Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) on the website
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversions
- Run and manage offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and product launches
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Handle customer queries related to orders and products
Pay: ₹10,306.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
