The MIS Executive - SCM will be responsible for managing supply chain data, generating accurate reports, tracking inventory and logistics performance, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, dispatch, procurement, and sales
- Track stock movement across warehouses and distribution centres
- Monitor fill rates, wastage, expiry, and inventory ageing
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for data validation
- Maintain dashboards for supply chain KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / Operations
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS / Supply Chain / Operations reporting
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Zoho / Any SCM software) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
