Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and update hardware, software, networks, and internet connectivity.
- System Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, such as firewalls and anti-virus software.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including network failures and workstation, laptop, or server problems.
- Project Management: Lead or support IT projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, or ERP implementations.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external technology vendors for specialized services.
Pay: ₹10,929.82 - ₹37,783.95 per month
