Counter Sales Executive — M B Ashtekar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs.
- Showcase jewellery pieces—gold, diamond, platinum—and explain design and craftsmanship.
- Handle billing and billing-related tasks accurately.
- Keep the counter and displays organized and attractive.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
- Work toward daily and monthly targets with a proactive sales approach.
Requirements:
- Completed 12th grade; graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Pleasant, skilled appearance and confident communication.
- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
Location: Shikrapur, Pune
Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
Week Off: Rotational
Job Timings: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
