Role Description
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical and Non-Technical Recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process
- Robust talent acquisition and talent pipeline development skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and databases
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
