Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Core Java, OOPs concepts, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, and Advanced Java topics such as Servlets, JSP, Hibernate, and Spring Framework.
- Design structured training modules, assignments, and assessments tailored to different learning levels.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students to clarify doubts and strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Prepare and maintain training-related documentation, session plans, and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate learners’ performance and provide constructive and actionable feedback.
- Assist students with project guidance, real-time use cases,



and code reviews.

Freelancing Requirements
- Position Type: Freelancing / Part-time
- Experience Required:Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant Java training or development experience
- Freshers: ❌ Not eligible to apply:
- Hourly Charges: Should have reasonable and versatile per-hour charges:
- Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom-handling skills are mandatory
- Ability to handle online/offline sessions independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
