Job Title:Social Media Executive (Women’s Ethnic Wear)

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to assist in creating high-quality visual content for our digital platforms.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Industry Preference: Fashion / Ethnic Wear / Ecommerce

Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Manage daily posting of Reels, Stories, static posts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the content, video, and design team for shoots and creatives.
- Write engaging captions and ensure proper hashtag strategy.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and build community interaction.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare basic reports.




- Stay updated with latest social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activity.
- Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and product launches.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies and algorithm trends.
- Basic knowledge of paid promotions and boosting posts is an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred
- Experience working with fashion, saree, or women’s ethnic wear brands:
- Understanding of influencer collaborations and brand campaigns
