Overview:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow Kovalent Coatings presence across digital platforms through engaging, brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create relatable, brand-relevant content aligned with Kovalent Coatings’ products and identity
- Develop fresh ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos
- Plan and prepare the monthly content calendar in advance
- Publish and manage content across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic marketing copy
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithm updates
- Monitor competitor and industry content for insights
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and replies
- Respond to basic customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creatives and assets
- Take ownership of preparing and posting content on schedule




- Track basic KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and follower growth
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Creative thinking with a good sense of visual storytelling
- Basic understanding of social media KPIs and metrics
- Good written communication and caption-writing skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and content schedules
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
