Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Assistant to manage daily store operations, assist customers, and ensure smooth coordination between the store and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Provide product information (fabric, sizes, pricing, styling guidance)
- Manage billing and POS operations
- Handle exchanges, returns, and customer queries
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards




- Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
- Manage stock display and inventory records
- Assist in packing online and offline orders if required
- Support during exhibitions or special events

Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate preferred
- 0-2 years of retail/store experience (fashion preferred)
- Valuable communication skills ( English/ Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of billing software
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multitasking

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
