JOB PURPOSE

The primary role of Special Educator is to deliver classroom instruction that helps students who require learning support to learn and develop students' abilities, interests and coordinate through mode of creative activities. III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Special Education.
- Computer Literacy
- Positive communication skill and knowledge of local language is an advantage

Experience
- 2-5 yrs. of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum as Special Educator IV. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with other classroom teachers, school counsellor to provide an integrated plan for developing the capacities of the students who need learning support.
- Set learning goals for each student, assess their progress,



and record their evaluations.
- Arranging various methods to develop lesson plans as per child’s existing caliber.
- Update parents on the progress of their students and enlist parental support with behavior control and home activities designed to supplement their classroom lessons.
- Supervise and train teaching assistants.
- Help plan for the transition of their students to productive lives after the completion of their secondary education.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
