Key Responsibilities Marketing
- Create and post engaging content (Reels, short videos, posts, stories) on Social Media platforms.
- Confidently appear in promotional videos related to Study Visa, Tourist Visa, and Work Permit services.
- Plan creative content ideas and follow trending formats.
- Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions to increase reach and engagement.
- Reply to social media inquiries and messages professionally.Telecalling & Client Handling
- Attend incoming client calls and provide accurate information.
- Make follow-up calls to leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Schedule counselling and assessment meetings.
- Maintain proper records of calls and client data.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.

Requirements:




- Good communication skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English).
- Confident personality and presentable appearance.
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Smart, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
