Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹18000-27,000 per month as per experience and knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural/interior drawings using Revit
- Develop and manage BIM models
- Create and modify Revit families (parametric families preferred)
- Prepare working drawings, construction documentation, and schedules
- Coordinate models using BIM Collaborate Pro
- Maintain file organization and project standards
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams
Requirements:
- Robust proficiency in Revit (drafting and modelling)
- Experience in family creation (loadable & parametric families)
- Working knowledge of BIM workflows
- Experience with BIM Collaborate Pro / cloud collaboration
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time from the office
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in international projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Bluebeam/SketchUp is a plus
