We are now looking for a forward-thinking Organisational Psychologist to join our mission and bring psychological insights into organisational culture, leadership, team dynamics, and behavioural change strategies tailored to the industrial sector.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead coach to integrate organisational psychology and neuroscience into coaching strategies.
- Assess client needs using psychometric tools, interviews, and behavioural diagnostics.




- Design and implement bespoke interventions for leadership development, cultural transformation, and team optimisation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on brain-based leadership, change management, and workplace wellbeing.
- Conduct research and stay current on emerging trends in neuroscience, behavioural economics, and organisational psychology.
- Provide data-driven insights and psychological feedback to support strategic business decisions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adapt methodologies based on client feedback and results.

Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in organisational development, coaching, or consultancy.
- Ability to work with industrial clients and understand the unique challenges of the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
