Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online

marketplace presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management
- Handle end-to-end operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
- Create, upload, and manage product listings.
- Ensure accurate product mapping and categorization.
- Maintain inventory synchronization across portals.
- Monitor account health and compliance with marketplace policies.

2. Promotions & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, discounts, lightning deals, BBD, Prime

Day, etc.).
- Coordinate with platform account managers for event participation.
- Optimize coupons, sponsored ads, and promotional budgets.




- Analyze campaign ROI and improve performance.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales across portals.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through pricing, bundling, and cross-selling. Track competitors’ pricing and promotional strategies.

4. Product Mapping & Catalog Optimization
- Manage product mapping with correct categories, attributes, and keywords.
- Optimize titles, bullet points, A+ content, and backend keywords.
- Ensure high product visibility and ranking.
- Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, and backend issues.

5. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock planning.
- Avoid stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Monitor returns, refunds, and RTO rates.
- Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

6. Reporting & Analytics
