Key Responsibilities:
The role also involves explaining exams like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and Duolingo at a functional level, coordinating with internal SOP writers and process teams, and ensuring smooth handover of students once enrolled. Regular follow-ups, maintaining accurate call records, updating student status, and closing conversions are a key part of the responsibility.

The counsellor must ensure high-quality counselling standards, ethical guidance, and proper expectation setting with students and parents. Conversion of eligible leads into enrollments is a core performance metric.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in study abroad counselling

Prior experience handling live student cases independently

Comfortable with office-based work at NSP Pitampura location

Strong counselling, follow-up, and conversion skills

Pay: ₹12,188.14 - ₹40,242.17 per month
