We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to support accounting operations and statutory compliance functions in a Chartered Accountant firm workplace. The role involves exposure to multiple clients, regulatory filings, and compliance‑driven accounting work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day‑to‑day books of accounts including cash book, bank book, journal entries, and general ledger for multiple clients.
- Pass accounting entries accurately in Tally / Zoho Books / other accounting software.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment and classification of transactions as per applicable accounting principles.
- Maintain proper vouchers, bills, and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparation of trial balance and basic financial statements.
- Prepare and assist in filing of GST returns such as GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and perform basic GST reconciliations with books and GSTR‑2B.
- Prepare TDS workings, challans, and assist in filing TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).




- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies under supervision.
- Maintain statutory compliance records and trackers for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, income tax assessments, and GST audits by providing required data and explanations.
- Coordinate with seniors, clients, and statutory authorities for compliance‑related requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Basic working knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Experience in a CA firm or accounting/compliance environment is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with Tally / Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and compliance orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within regulatory deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
