Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and inventory
- Process and monitor online orders
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Ensure accurate product information and images are uploaded

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good communication and coordination skills




- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing seller accounts
- Understanding of digital marketing basics
- Ability to analyze sales trends and inventory requirements
