Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour Planning & Itinerary Design
- Design customized domestic & international tour packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and other vendors.
- Costing & Pricing
- Calculate package costing and margins.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Sales & Client Handling
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Cross-sell add-on services (visa, insurance, transfers, etc.).
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Booking & Documentation
- Handle booking confirmations and vouchers.
- Assist with visa documentation (if applicable).
- Coordinate payments and maintain booking records.
- Reporting & CRM
- Update lead status in CRM/system.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of client interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred).
- 1-4 years experience in Tour Package Sales/Operations.
- Knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa processes (preferred).
