Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project specifications
- Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects
- Verify and process contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills:
- Monitor project cost vs budget and highlight variances
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and contractors for quantity validation
- Conduct rate analysis for extra/variation items
- Maintain records of material consumption and project progress:
- Check and approve measurement sheets (MB) and running bills:
- Ensure adherence to cost control policies and procedures:
- Assist in tendering, vendor comparison, and negotiations

Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in BOQ, Estimation, Billing, and Rate Analysis:
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings:




- Knowledge of construction processes (especially high-rise projects):
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working with a real estate developer or builder:
- Prior exposure to residential high-rise projects:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
