- A combined role of Parcel Coordinator and Steward Boy merges logistics, inventory management, and hospitality-focused service. This hybrid position involves receiving, organizing, and distributing goods (parcels) while also ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the storage/work area (stewardship).

Job Summary
Responsible for the productive handling, sorting, and delivery of incoming parcels and materials, while maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked environment. This role requires a balance between meticulous courier-style logistics and proactive stewarding duties to ensure the workplace remains sanitary and efficient.

Responsibilities
- Parcel Coordination & Logistics:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming parcels, documents, and materials to specified locations, personnel, or departments.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures, filing, and managing delivery logs.
- Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers or courier services to ensure timely delivery of items.




- Investigate any discrepancies in order details or missing items.
- Stewardship & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the storage area, office spaces, or Pantry/Kitchen area.
- Ensure all working equipment and tools are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Restock supplies, materials, or condiments as needed.
- Handle waste management by disposing of trash, packing materials, and recycling appropriately.
- Support & Customer Service:
- Assist staff with inquiries regarding parcel locations.
- Assist with setting up rooms or stations for meetings or events.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols, including handling hazardous products safely.
