Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and program PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS solutions for automation projects.
- Oversee the integration of robotic systems, vision systems, control panels, and BAS.
- Select and design electrical, electronic, and mechanical components for automation systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Design and supervise panel building, including wiring, layout, and compliance with electrical standards.
- Implement and manage Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, energy management, and smart building solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to optimize automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation, control, and building management systems (BMS).
- Manage multiple projects,



ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct risk assessments and preventive maintenance for automation systems.
- Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in industrial and building automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, and building automation.
- Solid knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.), SCADA, HMI, DCS, and industrial networking protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, BACnet, KNX, etc.).
- Experience in robotic automation, motion control, and vision systems.
