Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary In-Charge (Hospital)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary In-Charge to manage the complete operations of a small dispensary located inside a well-known hospital.

This role requires a responsible and hands-on individual who can independently handle stock, billing, and medicine dispensing with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete day-to-day operations of the dispensary
- Perform stock inward entry and maintain inventory records
- Manage physical store operations (arrangement, cleanliness, organization)
- Dispense medicines as per prescription and required quantity
- Handle billing and cash transactions:
- Monitor expiry, stock levels, and reorder medicines when required
- Ensure accuracy in billing and dispensing at all times




- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Basic understanding of medicines:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership:
- Comfortable handling billing software or manual billing:
- Good knowledge on Microsoft excel functions:
- Good attention to detail and responsibility

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in hospital-based pharmacy:
- Experience in pharmacy / medical shop preferred
