Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in building a career in sales and financial services. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs, explaining insurance products, and helping clients choose suitable coverage plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Explain various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.) clearly to clients
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable policies
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field visits
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients
- Assist customers with documentation and policy processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets




- Provide after-sales service and support

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
- Interest in sales and customer service
- Willingness to travel locally (if required)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
