The Role

We’re hiring a Partnerships Coordinator to help build and operationalize Parallel’s partnerships function. This is not a passive relationship role. It’s part strategy, part systems, part deal execution.





You’ll work closely with Growth and Leadership to:
- Identify and prioritize ecosystem opportunities
- Build repeatable outbound and nurture systems
- Activate referral and co-marketing pipelines
- Track performance and optimize conversion

What You’ll Own:
Partnership Sourcing & Mapping
- Map the ecosystem: VCs, SaaS operators, agencies, SaaS tools, communities
- Research and prioritize high-leverage targets
- Maintain structured CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
- Identify “warm path” introductions via network mapping

Outreach & Activation
- Draft and manage personalized outreach
- Coordinate intro calls and prep briefs
- Prepare partnership one-pagers and decks
- Drive follow-ups and keep momentum high

Co-Marketing & Referrals
- Execute joint webinars, case studies, events, newsletters
- Track inbound ref
