Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)Job Summary

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing and enhancing the public image of the clinic and promoting the doctor’s professional services. The PRO will develop communication strategies, build relationships with other dentists, clinics, and healthcare partners, and ensure consistent messaging that strengthens the clinic’s reputation and referral network.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the doctor’s services and clinical expertise to other dentists, dental clinics, and healthcare providers to build a strong referral network.
- Visit dental clinics and maintain skilled relationships to encourage case referrals.
- Present the doctor’s specialty services, treatment outcomes, and advanced procedures to potential referring partners.
- Respond to inquiries and manage public communications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
