Legal Research: Conducting thorough research on case law, statutes, and regulatory updates (e.g., RERA, property laws).
- Drafting: Preparing legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, replies, legal notices, and commercial contracts.
- Litigation & Court Assistance: Assisting senior advocates with case strategy, appearing in district courts, tribunals, or high courts, and managing case filings.
- Client Management: Handling client communications, conducting meetings, and providing case updates.
- Documentation: Maintaining case files, organizing exhibits, and tracking deadlines
