Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer systems and servers to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance
- Handle data entry, data processing, and report generation
- Operate peripheral equipment such as printers and scanners
- Maintain system logs and documentation
- Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues
- Perform regular backups and ensure data security
- Coordinate with IT support for advanced technical problems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and operating systems
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with data entry and database management
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,193.79 - ₹18,373.92 per month
