Qualification / Experience
- Any Graduate/Preferred lab experience-1-2 years

Responsibilities/ Nature of work
- Receipts of Test assignment and sending these to the concerned section for execution of Tests promptly after necessary formalities.
- Recording Service Request and review the service request. Wherever required, taking help of technical manager before accepting the testing job.
- Ensuring that Customers with Test assignment are released from the Customer Service Cell with no access to Test Section or Test Personnel.
- Release of final reports, maintenance of Test records and final Test reports, handling of customer complaints and responding to those to the satisfaction of the customer, promptly.
- Customer communication in case any unsuitability of job sample, possible delay in job delivery, any other job-related requirements including complaints.
- Awareness of lab standard ISO/IEC 17025
- Knowledge of lab software e.g. LIMS

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
