- Manage incoming leads, conduct counselling sessions, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Support admission campaigns through tele-calling, follow-ups, and student engagement activities.
- Provide course guidance, maintain CRM records, and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with academic teams and assist students during the enrolment process.
- Handle walk-in counselling, generate admissions, and maintain accurate reporting.
- Deliver presentations to students and parents regarding program advantages and career opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective students to drive admissions growth.




- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Assist in admission operations, documentation verification, and enrolment coordination.
