Mandatory Criteria
- 4 to 10 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, insurance broking, or general insurance
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients
- Hands-on experience in generating leads and closing corporate insurance deals
- Strong expertise in general insurance products (Fire, Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Group Health, etc.)
- Direct experience in advising corporate clients on risk management and insurance solutions
- Ability to prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders (CFOs, Risk Managers, HR Heads)
- Experience in negotiating premiums, coverage terms, and policy conditions with insurers
- Proven capability to achieve assigned revenue, premium, and acquisition targets




- Solid experience in managing policy renewals and premium collections
- Demonstrated ability in cross-selling and upselling insurance products
- Experience in coordinating with insurers and internal teams for policy placement
- Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and meet business targets

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
