We are looking for a Search Growth Expert who understands traditional SEO AND the current AI-driven ecosystem - AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

This is not a keyword-stuffing role.

This is a strategic, technical, and AI-forward position focused on visibility, authority, and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced SEO Strategy
- Own complete on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
- Conduct keyword research aligned with high-intent queries
- Perform competitor & content gap analysis
- Improve crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
- Build authority through digital PR & high-quality backlinks
- Optimize for entity-based search

2. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Structure content for featured snippets & People Also Ask
- Optimize content for AI Overviews
- Create FAQ frameworks & conversational query mapping
- Implement structured data (Schema.org)
- Improve passage-level ranking opportunities
- Optimize for zero-click search visibility

3. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for LLM citation (ChatGPT,



Gemini, Perplexity)
- Develop topic clusters & entity mapping
- Improve brand visibility in AI-generated summaries
- Create authoritative, citation-worthy content
- Monitor AI search mentions & brand presence
- Work on structured knowledge graph positioning

4. Analytics & Growth Tracking
- Track rankings, AI visibility, CTR, engagement & conversions
- Use GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Build dashboards for performance reporting
- Measure LLM citation growth & AI referral traffic

5. GTM Alignment
- Align search strategy with ICP & buyer journey
- Work closely with content, design, dev & paid teams
- Optimize landing pages for conversion
- Support demand acceleration initiatives

Required Skills:
- Strong technical SEO knowledge
- Hands-on experience with schema & structured data
- Deep understanding of AI search behavior
