About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for Maths (JEE/NEET level).
- Prepare and structure lectures, study material, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, analyze results, and provide feedback to students.
- Guide students in doubt-solving and preparation strategies.
- Ensure discipline and engagement in the classroom.
- Consistently drive student performance and ensure measurable results in exams.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching with a track record of producing results.
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. (IIT/NIT graduates preferred).
- Excellent command over English communication.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young aspirants.
