UI/UX Designer — Mid Level

About the Role:
We’re looking for a mid-level UI/UX Designer to own the design of our ERP SaaS platform across web and mobile. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and motion design — shipping interfaces that make complex ERP workflows feel simple.

Responsibilities:
∙ Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis) to inform design decisions for ERP modules

∙ Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile (iOS/Android)

∙ Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma (components, tokens, patterns)

∙ Create interaction and motion design specs for transitions, micro-interactions, and loading states

∙ Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design-to-code fidelity

∙ Audit existing screens for usability issues and propose improvements backed by data or research findings

∙ Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback without compromising UX quality

Requirements:




∙ 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or enterprise products

∙ Robust portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design (not just responsive web)

∙ Expert-level Figma proficiency — components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping

∙ Demonstrated motion design skills (Figma prototyping, Principle, After Effects, or equivalent)

∙ Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research (not just “I did a survey once”)

∙ Solid understanding of mobile platform conventions (Material Design, HIG)

∙ Ability to simplify complex, data-heavy workflows into clean, navigable interfaces

Nice to Have:
∙ Experience designing for ERP, accounting, inventory, or similar enterprise domains

∙ Familiarity with design-to-code handoff workflows (Zeplin, dev mode, or similar)

∙ Basic understanding of frontend constraints (CSS, responsive breakpoints, component architecture)

∙ Experience with design systems at scal
